AGED 81 YEARS

Late of Carlyle Gardens, Condon. Pat passed away peacefully at Townsville Palliative Care on Thursday 20th September, 2018. Beloved Husband of Wendy. Pat will be missed by all his loving family. A private funeral service was held as per Pat's wishes. A special thanks to Doctors, Nurses and Staff at Townsville Palliative Care for their wonderful care of Pat.
