Passed away peacefully on August 3rd 2021.

Patricia was a loving wife to Clem (dec.) and Ken (dec.). She was a wonderful mother to Christine and mother-in-law to Laurie, a gentle and kind Nan to Vanessa and Alex. Patti’s eyes lit up with love for her great grandchildren, Spencer, Nash, Juna and Willa. Her many years with Ken’s daughter Heather and granddaughter Kirsten were filled with warmth, love and support. She is now in her own restful and peaceful place leaving beautiful memories for all her family and friends.
