 Aged 92 years

 Passed peacefully after a short illness at FMC. 

Much loved and adored mother and mother-in-law of

 Greg and Asa, 

Dennis and Lyn,

Sue and Gus. 

Much loved grandmother of 

Danister and Victoria, 

Carlin, 

Josef and Barry. 

Loved by so many including her brother John and Adrienne and family, NZ,

 and the Buchanan family. 

Our thanks go to Dr. Hurley and the staff at Onkaparinga Lodge 

for their friendship and care they gave to our gorgeous Mum. 

She is sorely missed and will live on in our hearts forever.

Pat has been laid to rest in a private family service.
