Passed away peacefully at the Whittle Ward.
Loved mother of Megan, mother-in-law of Tony. Adored Grandma of Katriel, Nathan and Zachary. Special thanks to staff at Glenview Nursing Home for their care of Pat.
Loved by all who knew her.
Given the current ban on non-essential gatherings, only immediate family are invited to attend Pat's service which will take place on Friday on Friday April 24 2020 at 1.00pm.
