PARTRIDGE, Rebecca Lee Passed away 31st May 2013 Aged 31 years Beloved Daughter of Sharon-Lee Partridge (nee Toft), also beloved Granddaughter of Yvonne Elisa & George (decd) Toft, Niece, Cousin and a Friend to many. Loved and cherished by so many and will be deeply missed, too young to leave this world. Relatives and Friends are warmly invited to attend the Celebration of Rebecca's life to be held in the Lakeview Chapel, Albany Creek Memorial Park, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs on Wednesday 12th June 2013 commencing at 1pm. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Johns Parish, 494 Whitehorse Road, Mitcham, Victoria on the 25th June 2013 at 11am. No flowers by request. Donations could be made to Guide Dogs Australia.
