Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
PARK. - Desmond David. Words cannot express what I am feeling at this time. To lose my Dad, the man who has been a part of my entire life, to advise me on things that only he could, to watch me go through life with it's ups and downs, but always be there to support me when I needed it. Sleep peacefully Dad, until we meet again. Love always - Your little one Nonee. To my mate Des, I knew this time had to come but it doesn't make it any easier. I'll miss our trips up to Nyah, spending time with you was something I always looked forward to and will never forget. Goodbye. - Your son-in-law Pete. Little Grandad, last time I saw you I said goodbye, you told me your life was complete, you were ready to go. The last timewe spoke you sounded tired and I knew deep down that the time was near. But even knowing you were ready and now you are at rest doesn't stop the feeling of hurt that losing you brings. Grandad, you were one of a kind and you'll always be in my heart. Love - The tall one Kyle. To my little Grandad, I can't believe you have gone upto Heaven but I still love you so much. Thanks for giving me my tap dancing feet and also my height. I'll miss you so much. Love - Little Ebony. Rest peacefully Dessie I will never forget you Love - Margie
