The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
So very dearly loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle.
You were in your prime, we are reeling in shock at your untimely and sudden passing.
We cannot fathom life without you, today the world is a lesser place.
Until the end, you were a blessed man George, to have had the great love of your life our dear Anna at your side, together with your adored children Michael and Fontaine, Lauren and Chris.
At the centre of your universe are your precious granddaughters Allegra and Portia.
In their time of grief, your adored family honoured your legacy by making the final decision for you and that was to give the ultimate gift, that is the gift of life.
Pretty cool huh Georgie?
You would have loved that.
Love Sis (Gina), Chris, Albert and Sara Capaldo.
