Loved husband of Patricia.

Loving father of Anthony and Joanne and grandfather of Joshua and Bradley.

Loved brother of Heather & Elaine also Lorna, Joyce, Robert, Joan, Nancy, Arthur, Bruce, Cynthia, Graham & Brian (all deceased).

Brother-in-law to John, Deidre & Max. 'Uncle Trev' to all his family and friends.

Special thanks to Dr Kwan, Dr Dongas, staff at Kincare, Allambi, RAH & S.A. Ambulance.

Now at Peace.
