Much loved 'crazy' Grandma to Kealeigh, Teagan, Maya, Xavier and Liam. Passed away peacefully at home with family, as you wished. Mum, we will miss your spirit and adventurous nature, but your will to fight and take on life challenges will forever live on in our hearts. You touched so many people and were always there for us in times of need. Rest in peace Mum We will love you always
