OAKLEY, Pauline Annetta. _My beautiful Mum you fought so hard to stay with us that God took your hand and said `it's time'. Passed away peacefully at Huon Eldercare on December 14, 2012. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Cheryl and Jamie, adored nan and great nan of Karen, Caitlin and Ella; Shannon, Blake and Tiarna.Special thanks to Dr Riley and staff at the Wellington and Orchard Wards and the APU Ward at RHH for your care and compassion for Mum.No more pain, remembered always, reunited with her mum
