NEV WARBURTON
The Honourable Neville (Nev) Warburton. Former Leader of the Opposition of Queensland (1984 – 1988) and State Member for Sandgate (1977 – 1992). Life Member of the Australian Labor Party and beloved member of the Deagon Branch.
Together with Nev’s family, Labor members and friends are invited to the Celebration of Nev’s Life to be held at the Gregson & Weight Chapel, 159 Wises Road, Buderim on Tuesday, 14 August 2018 commencing at 1.00pm.
As a leader of the Labor Party in Queensland, Nev committed his life and career to advancing the lives of working Queenslanders. Nev also served as a Minister in the Goss Ministry (1989 – 1992) and will be dearly missed throughout our Party and throughout Queensland.
