Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service for Patricia, to be held at the Lakeview Chapel, Albany Creek Crematorium, 400 Albany Creek Rd, Bridgeman Downs, on Friday, 13th April, 2018, commencing at 12:30pm.
