MULLINS, Francis Valentine (FRANK). Late of Mundingburra. FRANK passed away on Friday 26th April, 2013 at the Palliative Care Unit, Townsville Hospital, with his loving Family by his side. FRANK was the loved Husband of Patricia. Loved Father, Father-in-Law, Grandpa and Great-Grandpa of Frank and Frankie Mullins, Susan and Tony Brown and Family, Robyn and Peter Smedley and Family, Steven and Alison Mullins and Family.
