Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
MIRANDA. _ Sheila Florence. Sheila my dearest sister, I never ever imagined you would leave so suddenly, especially before me and without me saying my final goodbye to you, but with all the pain and suffering you endured I can understand your longing and readiness to leave and be with Dougie. I miss you so much and without you I feel empty. The lifetime we have spent together is a memory I will cherish. May your soul rest in peace and light perpetually shine upon you now and always. God Bless _ Your loving sister Elsie. Aunty Sheila, the pain and suffering has ended. Be at peace now Aunty. As much as I couldn't bare to see you going through this I know that you are in a better place and with Uncle Dougie. Will miss your beautiful smile and your gentle soft spoken voice. Our hearts are very heavy, there you will always remain. God Bless Aunty Love _ Stacey, Roger, Charmaine and Mario.
