MILLIS Emeritus Prof. Nancy Fannie AC MBE FAA FTSE A pre-eminent scientist and microbiologist. A pioneer in industrial microbiology and fermentation technology. Passed away peacefully on Sept. 29 at the Epworth Hospital Richmond, aged 90 years. Daughter of Frank and Annie Millis (both dec.). Loved sister of Arthur, Jean, Frank, Bill and Tom (all dec.). Sister-in-law to Betty, Jack, Nancye, Esme (all dec.) and Bronwyn. Admired and much loved aunt of Judy and John Alsop, Prue Millis (dec.), Andrew Millis and Mary Beth Bauer, Gillian Millis, Leigh Millis, Mark and Gabrielle Millis, Sue and David Bell, Owen and Gabrielle Millis, Kenneth and Amanda Millis, Richard Millis (dec.), Ann and Marcus Durie and all their families.
