The relatives and friends of Pat are warmly invited to attend her Funeral Mass to be held in its entirety at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 8 Diana Ave, Kellyville on Tuesday 4th September 2018 at 11am. In lieu of flowers donations to The Childrens Hospital, Westmead would be appreciated.
