MEGALE, Maria Peacefully surrounded by her loving family August 25, 2010 Late of Merrylands, formerly of Arena (VV-Italy) Dearly beloved and cherished wife of Giuseppe. Much loved and cherished mother and mother-in-law of Cathy and Lino Caccavo, Anna and Michael Altamore, Rita and Bruno Davino. Proud "Nonna Mia" of Isabella, Bianca, Peter, Luke, Paul, Francesca, Joanna and Laura. Maria will be deeply missed by her many relatives and friends. With tears we watched you suffer and watched you fade away, with courage and concern for others, you fought so hard to stay. But God saw that you were weary and did what he thought best. He gently took you in his arms and whispered ``come and rest'. Mass of a Christian burial will be celebrated for MARIA in St Patrick's Cathedral, corner of Victoria Road and Marist Place, Parramatta this Wednesday September 1, 2010 commencing at 10am. Following the Mass the funeral cortege will proceed to the Rookwood Catholic Cemetery. Holy Rosary will be recited in St Patrick's Cathedral Chapel, this Tuesday August 31, 2010 commencing at 5:30pm.
