He was very much loved and will be sadly missed by his sisters Leonie (dec'd) Valerie, Olwyn and Ngaire, his brother in law Rick and his extended family in Australia and New Zealand and his devoted partner Diana. Rest in peace dear David. Your struggle is over. Private Cremation.
