Passed away peacefully on 13th September 2019.

Much loved Wife of Stan (dec’d), Mother and Mother-In-Law of Luke and Deb, Paula and Craig, John and Sharon, Rob and Naveet. Much adored Grandmother of Matthew, Charlotte, Callum, Oscar, Will and Keira. Loving Sister of Kevin (dec’d) and June.

Family and Friends are invited to the Funeral Mass and a Celebration of Pat’s Life, to be held at St Gerard Majella Catholic Church, 146 Maundrell Terrace, Chermside West, on the 18th September 2019, commencing at 11am.
