Passed away peacefully at Nazareth House, surrounded by family.

Loving and cherished husband of Mary (Betty) for 61 years, proud and devoted Dad of Sarah, Kate, Richard, Eleanor and Gervase, warm and welcoming father-in-law of David, Jen, Andrew and Cade, delighted Papa of Grace, Will, Maisie, Xavier and Teddy.

Deep thinking, compassionate, generous, wise, loving, patient, dryly humorous. Greatly loved.
