Passed away peacefully at Wesley House on May 5, 2019. Aged 86 years. Loved dad of Darren and Georgie and Shane. Adored pop of Samara, Gabrielle, Mahalia and Bud. Missed by Lorraine. Special thanks to everyone at Wesley House and Dr Donohoe for their care and support. Pat has been privately farewelled in accordance to his wishes.
