McGUIGAN. _ Michael (Mike). Passed unexpectedly in Ferntree Gully, Australia on Sept. 28, 2016. Born November 19, 1918 in Glasgow, Scotland to James and Kate McGuigan. An Australian resident since the 1950s. Michael started his career as an iron molder. Beloved husband of Rose (dec.), is survived by his sister and brother-in-law Winnie and David Webster; brother and sister-in-law John and Shelia McGuigan, Santa Rosa, California, Lorraine Tunzi, Ashley Praplan Windsor, CA, Carole Ann Farrell and Jacqueline Bell, David Shannon, and Brian Aitken, Scotland. Pierce, Teresa, Sylvia, Carmela, Giovanna and Michael, Australia. Michael was known for being quite a character. Loved lawn bowling and having a good chat with friends at his local club. Michael was loved by all who knew him. He was kind, generous and loving.
