McFADDEN, Phyllis Anne Better known as Pat Late of Taree, formerly of Seven Hills. Passed away peacefully on Thursday, 5th August, 2010. Aged 81 years Dearly loved wife of Koke (deceased). Cherished Mum of Michael (dec) & Shirley, Paul & Pauline, Kim & Maree. Loved Nan to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sadly missed by all extended family and friends.
