Stuart is going to be so sadly missed by all who knew him around the world. For Rotary and Youth Exchange, his passing is a huge loss.
Stuart was the epitome of “Service Above Self”. In his more than 34 years as a Rotarian, Stuart was involved in many Rotary projects.
Above all, Rotary Youth Exchange was his passion. He worked tirelessly to make sure that all students, gained the most out of their experience during their exchange year and on their return to their home countries.
Through his vast knowledge of Youth Exchange, and his contacts around the world, Stuart was always willing and able to assist all the Rotary Youth Exchange Chairs in their role. He was the go-to person for advice on all things Youth Exchange.
Stuart was invaluable over the last year during the pandemic. Stuart kept all parties informed on the status of each student and individually managed the safe return and quarantine of all students.
Vale, Stuart. Thank You for your great service and friendship. May you Rest In Peace.
