McDONALD. _ Joan. Passed away peacefully at Maldon Hospital on Oct. 6, 2013. Only daughter of Arthur and Kathleen (both dec.). Sister of Jack (dec.) and Cedric. Loved and devoted wife of Doug (dec.). Mother of Paul and Philip, mother-in-law to Debbie and Judy. Adored grandmother of Sarah and Chad; Andrew and Anna; Claire, Kathleen and Roscoe; Beth and Greg and great grandmother of Jack, Ryan, Abbey, Max and Zarlee. Gone to be with her God Reunited with Doug McDONALD. _ Joan. Today we acknowledge and celebrate the life of our wonderful mother Joan. A strong, generous, loving and faithful Mum who always put others first and whose devotion to her family and faith were cornerstones of her long life. A true lady who took great pride in all areas of her life. We will miss you _ Debbie and Paul. Nan, you were the most generous and caring person; always putting others before yourself, but always strong, dignified and immaculate. Farewell Nana and rest peacefully.
