Devoted husband to Joyce, loved dad of Andrew and Sarah, Jenny-Lyn and David and Ross. Loved Pa of Matthew, Simon, Katrina and Matt. A Thanksgiving Service for MAC will be celebrated at St. Paul's Anglican Church, 421 Old Northern Road, Castle Hill on Friday 20th August, 2010 commencing at 2:30pm.
