Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
McCORMICK. - Raymond departed this life with such dignity on Jan. 12, 2001. Dearly cherished husband of Topsy (Kathleen). Most beloved father of Julie and Brendan, fond father-in-law to Alan. What can one say about your deep love for your two grandchildren, Ryan and Ashleigh McCormick. Loved Gramps to Cheryl, Stacey and Kristy. My darling there will never be another you. I will miss you every day of my life. The clock of life is wound but once and no man has the power, To tell just where the hands will stop, at late or early hour. The present only is our own, Live, love, toil with a will, Place no faith in tomorrow for the clock may then be still. McCORMICK. - Raymond. Dad, we started and finished this togetherand gave it our best shot. I never knew what a heart and courage was until the last twelve months. - Your loving son Brendan and your dearly loved grandchildren Ryan and Ashleigh.
