MAYFIELD-SMITH, Bruce John Late of Upper Caboolture formerly of Woy Woy (NSW) Passed away surrounded by his loving family Aged 59 Years Much Loved Husband, Father, Brother and Uncle to his Family. Family and Friends are warmly invited to attend a celebration of Bruce s life to be held in the Chapel of the Great Northern Garden of Remembrance Crematorium, Tallowwood Drive Deception Bay on Saturday 16th June 2018 commencing at 2pm.
