Douglas Alexander Maxwell, loving husband of Rosemary, slipped gently away on February 6, 2025, surrounded by family at Holmesglen Private Hospital.
A stalwart of the Australian Foundry Industry and advocate of Manufacturing in Australia, Doug is survived by his wife, Rosemary; brother, Trevor; children, Amber, Brooke, and Alexander; sons-in-law, Simon and Bryan; and grandchildren, Jasmine, Imogen, Eloise and Charlie.
May your glass never be empty, your fishing net overflowing, your heart full of love, and your demeanour always cheeky.
You will always be missed, loved and never be forgotten.
