MATHIAS, ROSEBUD

Rosebud Mathias, born 6th February, entered into God’s loving arms on 3rd March 2021.

Rosebud was born to Innocence and Jessie Gomes in Mumbai, India. The oldest of six, Rosebud had an incredibly loving and motherly influence on her siblings Yucca, Receda, Rudyard, Ulrich, Crystal and brother-in-law Roque.

Rosebud married the love of her life Stanley Mathias. She had four children whom she adored Shane, Sue-Ann, Shannon and Sharelle, as well as daughter-in-law Debbie and son-in-law’s Charles and Joseph whom she also considered her children. She was also blessed to raise five grandchildren Elijah, Charlotte, Joshua, Isaac and Ava.

Well known for her spirituality, love, compassion, generosity and devotion to God, Rosebud has influenced the lives of many hundreds of people in communities both in Australia and India.

Rosebud was loved immensely by everyone who knew her. Words cannot express how much Rosebud will be missed. Those who love her will ensure that her legacy and spirit remain eternal.
