MARTIN, Colin

The family of Dr Colin Clifford Martin are sad to announce Colin’s recent passing in Darwin at the age of 84.

Colin was a respected and loved scientist in Australia, South Africa and California. He had a great love of all plants and nature in general. He was an inspiration and wise mentor for many.

Colin’s longevity resulted from a passion for exercise and well-researched nutrition which managed his diabetes for 70 years.

A memorial service will be held for friends and family in Melbourne in the coming months.

He will be sadly missed.
