MARKEY, Gwendoline (Gwen)

In memory of Gwen Markey, who passed away in Hobart on 13 February 2024, aged 96.

Gwen rests in eternal peace after an illness, which she faced with courage.

Gwen was the loving wife of Larry and mother of Randal and Susan.

She was a daughter of William and Susan Spencer and sister to Peggy, Sybil and Billee.

Gwen is a much loved grandmother to Adam Stone and Connor MacKinnon; Madeleine, Liam and Jackson Markey.

May the sun shine warm upon your face, the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Gwen will be cremated at a private funeral service.
