The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
MANNO, Rosa. _To Mum and Nonna, God saw you getting tired so he put his arms around you and whispered, come to me. With tearful eyes we watched you suffer and even though we loved you we could not make you stay. A wonderful heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts and took you so soon but now at least you are looking down on us with the rest. We will miss you. Love always, Joe, Angela and Family xx
