Life member of Scouts Tasmania. Fran (chil) had many roles as a leader of youth and adults over her long association with scouting starting in 1953. She was instrumental in setting up the Tasmanian Scout Heritage Centre in 1997 and will be fondly remembered for her passion and talent.
