Loved and devoted husband of Margaret (dec).

Much loved father, father-in-law and Poppa of;

Julie and David Schiller, Jack and Anna, Alex and Alycia, Meghan and Great-Poppa of Patrick;

Kathryn and John O’Neil (dec), Jemma, Harry and Annie;

Paul and Loretta Luders, Flynn, Jacob (dec), Molly and Sadie.

Dad and Poppa will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and friendly nature. He was a proud and passionate supporter of his family and his many interests especially football. Allan enjoyed a loyal 43-year career with the railways throughout country SA beginning in his hometown of McLaren Vale in 1942. He was actively involved as a volunteer in various community organisations.

Special thanks to the staff at Lerwin Nursing Home for their care of dad for the past 14 months.
