LEWIS. - Phyllis Eileen, passed away Friday Jan. 12, 2001. Loving wife of David (dec.), mother of Eileen, mother-in-law to Alan. Grandmother to Rus sell and Marguerite, Philip and Ann-Louise, Stephen and Robyn, Gregory and Faye. Great grandmother to Laura, Daniel, Brandon, Jessica, Harrison and Mitchell. Many thanks to the Staff at Bodalla Nursing Home, Kew, for their kindness and care. Now we lay her down to sleep And pray to God her soul to keep, She was a lady true and tender, Who only lived for those she loved and those she loved will always remember.
