WARD, Lesley Irene (nee McHutchison))

19/3/1947 - 16/7/2021

Our precious Lee Lee finally surrendered last Friday after a mighty 22 year battle with breast cancer. She leaves behind a well-trained but saddened Brian, daughters Natalie and co-carer Emily, son Simon, their spouses Paddo, Joel and Georgie, five grandchildren, her girls Alice, Amelia and Violette and the boys Charlie and Grayson. Her two brothers, Johnny in America, Ian here and Brian's sister Jenny and their families will miss her in so many ways. Her parents George and Sybil and sister Helen predeceased her.

Thanks to her amazing medicos (the three Michaels) and Paul. She loved the caring teams at Epsworth Freemason's Oncology and St Vincent's Private who became part of her family.

Elegant, graceful, quirky, brave beyond belief, grateful, generous, and lover of life.

Lovingly embraced by the Carmelite Community. Lizzie and Marg will continue to water Lesley's Garden.
