David Jeffrey LEE


Late of Port Douglas. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Monday 11th July 2022. Aged 83 years. A genuine , kind larrikin who was a boilermaker by trade. he went to the Torres Strait in 1960 and got his Crocodile Hunting Licence. He then got an underwater explosive licence. He married Daisy Ah Mat in 1969 and moved back to Port Douglas. He will be greatly missed by his children, family and friends.


A private cremation has been held.
