Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at home in Emerald Qld on Monday 17 August 2020 aged 68.

Dearly loved wife of David, mother & mother-in-law of Brianna, Rodney and Lisa. Nana of Olivia.

Younger sister to Geoff and Jude. Sister-in-law to June, Chris, Stan, John (dec) and Tim.

Aunt, Great Aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Forever in our hearts. Treasured memories are ours to keep.

In keeping with her wishes Jan has been cremated. A Memorial Celebration will be held in Thorpdale when we can all get together.
