To my dear Luigi , You left us too soon. I wanted you to stay, but it was not meant to be.

Now you are resting In peace with the Lord. Life will not be the same without you. I’m so grateful I got to spend 54 years of marriage with you. Until we meet again, Ciao amore,

Your wife Giuseppina

To our Dad, thank you for the years of dedication working hard, providing for your family, doing what became a lifelong love for you as a master of your craft. You didn’t waste words. Dad, you were a provider of wisdom and knowledge with a hint of cheekiness! You were worth getting to know and always had deep hidden meanings and messages to your actions and words. Everyday won’t be the same without your joking and laughing and quiet presence. We will remember, love you and miss you always, your loving children.

Thank you Nonno for the time you spent engaged in our lives. The memories we have and the many things we have learnt from you will be cherished always. You were really funny, purposefully or not, and your humour always lightened the mood. Nonno, you will forever be our master of Briscola as there were few of us who could beat you! We had so much fun playing cards with you! Your strength when times were tough is admired. We pray that you got everything out of life that you hoped for. We miss you so much already, especially your hugs and seeing you in your garden. We will forever love you. Your beloved Grandchildren.
