On behalf of the Motor Yacht Club of Tasmania (MYCT) Board and members, we are very much saddened by the passing of Honorary Life Member and Club Patron, Mr Ralph King.

Ralph was an active member of the MYCT for over 75 years, a pioneer in Tasmanian powerboat racing, a very well-respected business person, mentor to many and inspirational to countless others.

He will be sadly missed by all of the MYCT members and powerboat enthusiasts both in Tasmania and interstate.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Greg, Rodney, Sue, all his extended family, friends and friend Gwen Hardstaff.
