KERRY, Dr. Jack Chris

Born in Port Pirie, South Australia on 5th March 1936.

Passed away peacefully on 4th August 2023.

Aged 87 years.

Loving and devoted father to his children Jack, Athena and Christopher.

So sadly missed by his loved ones and the wider community for which he cared for.

In Loving Memory of his life's work as a Doctor in Adelaide over 60 years.

Privately laid to rest by his family at Centennial Park.
