YOUNG, Kenneth Francis

14.12.1921 – 28.02.2020 Passed away peacefully in his 98th year with loving family beside him, much loved husband of Nancy (dec). Wonderful father of Chris, Rodger, Phil, Justin and Peter (Dec) and father–in–law of Noela, Alison, Jenny and Kate. Adored pop of Oscar, Nicola, Kate, Tim (Dec), Sam, Sophie, Lyla and Mia. A wonderful life lived to the fullest, not quite a century but a great innings has come to an end. Much loved father of Phil and Jenny and proud pop of Nicola and Sean, Kate and Joe. Special Big Pop of Evie, William, Oliver and George. A good life and a wonderful man. A wonderful and entertaining father of Rodger and Alison and much loved grandfather of Oscar. May they serve fresh salad meals in heaven and extra cream on the stewed apricots. A loving father to Justin and Kate and much loved pop of Tim (Dec) and Sam. In heaven, make sure the cups of tea are served on time, the radio is tuned to ABC Grandstand and a double serving of pavlova on the sly. Funeral to be held Thursday, details in Tuesday’s Mercury.
