Loved and loving husband of Glenise. Loving father of Melinda (dec), Adam and Jason. Father-in-law of Jacqui and Janet. Special Pa of Jake, Alex and Kate, Charlie, Will and Grace. Youngest son of Ernie and Pearl. Brother of Rae and Ron (dec).
John, you were the love of my life. You were the kindest man, always ready to help others in need. You only ever wanted the best for your family. My best friend, my husband of 52 years. I will miss seeing your lovely blue eyes each day.
"Grief, I have learnt is really just love. It's all the love you want to give, but cannot. All of that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat and in that high part of your chest. Grief is just love, with no place to go."
We will miss you, the good times, the laughs and the tears. You will always be loved. John, look after our daughter, she is waiting for you.
