We are saddened to announce the passing of our wonderful little boy. Precious boy of Helen and Tim, Hayley and Lewis, Will and Emmalise, Pete, Gus, Alex and his three little mates. Sincere thanks to ambulance and hospital staff for their tireless efforts.

We thank Dylan for his hope and gift of life to others.

An Angel now at rest. Loved son of James and Melissa, brother of Isabella, Declan and Abbie.
