Deeply devoted and ever loving husband to Mary for over 64 years. Loving and very much loved, cherished and cheeky Dad and Father-in-Law to Jen & Chris, Bev & Brenton, Michael & Renae, Leanne & Norbert, David & Tanya.

Loving and deeply loved, adored, precious and mischievous Papa to Lauren & Bori, Erin & Darren, Kate & Nick, Hannah & Tyson, Laura & Chad, Lochie, Chloe, Amy & Kaiden. Cherished & loved Great Papa to Dylan, Ashton, Kaylee, Jarrad, Lily, Benjamin, Jacob, Amelia, Adalyn & Hudson. Eddie & Frankie already miss you and your treats.

Lifelong friend to Norm for more than 80 years.

Our lives definitely won’t be the same without you.

We’ll forever miss listening to your many colourful stories and special memories of times gone by, our chats on the verandahs and around the kitchen table, going for drives with you, seeing you smoodge the Grandies and how you light up around them, your constant wit and cheeky and mischievous nature. We’ll miss you so much each and every day and our love for you will never fade.

91 years is such an amazing innings and you lived a full life with integrity, fortitude, hard work, modesty, humour and adventure, and always surrounded by love.

So sleep peacefully now, you’ve earned the rest.
