Died peacefully after living with dementia for the past 5 years. Dearly loved and loving husband of Jan, father of Ineke, Melita and Michael, father-in-law of Steve, Richard and Petra, Poppy to Matty, Jessica, Nathan, Emily, Henry and Murray.


Sincere and grateful thanks to the nurses, carers and doctors of 3A RHH as well as the staff and carers of Uniting AgeWell Mornington.
