The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
My darling mother Heaven gained it’s bravest angel the day God gave you wings. Rest peacefully my beautiful mother, I will see you again in my dreams. You fought so hard to stay here with us, I knew you couldn’t stay. You will forever remain in my heart until I am there with you one day. All your suffering and pain is finally over and you are now free to fly high with the eagles. I will always love you and hold onto our precious memories.
Your loving daughter Martina, Clinton and Lulu.
