Your positivity and light live on inside us all. Devoted and loving wife to Grant. She is the love of his life. An inspirational mother to Aaron (dec), Rebekah and Trent. Family always came first, your love for us made sure of that. We love you, and we are proud of you. You have left a hole in our lives that can never be filled. We are grateful for the memories, the laughter and the tears. You're free now. You were too good for this world. Never defeated, forever strong. Love you forever. Special thanks to Dr Ken Pitman and the Oncology team at Western Hospital over the last 10 years. Thank you to Dr Olivia Rygorowicz and staff in Emergency, ICU, Oncology and Pallititative departments at TQEH over the past six months.
