JEFFREY. _ Noel Robert. Passed away peacefully on July 13, 2016. Beloved Grandpa to Elissa and Lauren and Great Grandpa to Tyler, Charlotte, Heidi and Mirabelle. We are very proud of you and all you achieved in life. Despite many miles between us you were never far away, always in our hearts and thoughts. We cherish the times we spent with you in Melbourne and your home on Orcas Island, USA. We are so thankful you met your first two great grandchildren Tyler and Charlotte but heartbroken you never met Heidi and Mirabelle. We send our love and prayers to Grandma Pat. Rest peacefully now Grandpa _ Elissa, Paul, Charlotte and Mirabelle; Lauren, Brian, Tyler and Heidi.
